Agile teams focus on rapid product development and continuous delivery so they can quickly get feedback on their work. Since COVID-19 has had society in its grips, agile teams have risen in importance. The members of these teams are completely dedicated and are encouraged by their leaders to be self-managed and self-organized, thus allowing for greater speed in decision making and greater adaptability.

In this sense, rethinking management practices and methods and bringing an in-depth understanding of tools, models, frameworks and work methods is the first step in a long journey that will not end in a strategic transformation plan. The next step will be the implementation of a culture of continuous improvement and eternal review of knowledge; companies will have to become lifelong learning organizations.
